Refund policy

We want you to have the best experience with us and that's why we need to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible in the event of an exchange or return. Therefore, to ensure a good relationship with our customers, we have created a policy that meets their needs and respects current legislation (Federal Law No. 8.078 of 1990, which gave rise to the Consumer Protection Code).

In person:

Products purchased in person at the showroom have a period of 15 working days to be exchanged/returned by appointment via our WhatsApp (21) 99992-5228.
Products must be labeled and show no signs of use. If accessories are included, these must also be returned.
We will not accept exchanges for products that have been used or damaged.

Online:

Please contact us at contato@sollershop.com.br to request an exchange, expressing your wish to exchange or return the product, stating your cpf and order number.
Products purchased online have a period of 15 working days to be exchanged/returned from receipt of the order.
Once the order has been received in our stock, your request will be processed and we will send you a postage authorization code within 10 working days so that you can go to a post office and send us your exchange/return free of charge. After this period we are not responsible for the free postage code.
The customer chooses how to refund the amount: either a voucher for a new online purchase or a refund in the same form of payment as the purchase.
The voucher has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to be requested and 6 months to be used. After this period, voucher requests will not be accepted.
Chargebacks via the online payment method are made directly to the issuing bank or card operator. When the purchase is made in installments, the amount can be refunded in installments or only at the end, depending on the policy of each operator. If your purchase was made via PIX, the amount will be refunded within 7 working days of the product arriving in our stock.
Shipping costs will not be included in the credit voucher or refund. Freight will only be refunded if orders are returned in full.
Late exchanges/returns will not be accepted.
We will not accept the return of products that have been used or damaged.
